At the halfway point in our countdown, we’re ready to present a brief summary of where we’ve been, and where we’re going. Today officially marks 50 days until we board our flight back to the United States, for a six week summer sojourn to the motherland where we’ll have our last opportunity to see family before embarking on our next big adventure to Uzbekistan.
Today, for our new readers, we give you the opportunity to revisit highlights of the past 50 days of our adventures, by clicking the in-text links within this posting.
Our biggest milestone other than this halfway point in our 100 day countdown was the serendipitous 30 minute turnaround of the issuance of our Uzbekistan visas. You can read all about that here, in case you missed it.

Otherwise, we’ve collectively hit Gabon, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, and multiple points within Italy during the past 5o days, as we do our best to destroy our European bucket list before heading to Central Asia.
Casa di Maul is slowly undergoing a transformation as we purge our belongings in preparation for our move. Ponce the tyrannical tuscan farm cat is still pretty much clueless to the impending turning upside down of his world, and spring continues to envelop our scenic Valley of Fimon here in beautiful Arcugnano.
We are still living our lives in Italy to the fullest, communing with nature, enjoying walks and breaking bread with our friends, enjoying the food, the coffee, and the wine. We’ll try our best to keep the cars in one piece during the remainder of our time here, and Alicia will keep up her Opera program with Progetto Voce up until the very end.

Right now days away from the office outnumber days in the office. The to-do list of pre-move taskings is finally getting shorter. But our time is anything but running out.
Despite having only 50 days left in Italy, PashbyMaul Adventures is committed to living life to its fullest, and we can’t wait for the next great adventure right around the corner.
